MISSION

1. To promote and develop industrial, structural and pedagogical education and training expertise with local and international stakeholders.
2. To support the Government, Institutions and Industry human capital development through innovative education and training programs including organising international events such as conferences, workshops and research work relating training and education.
3. To promote support, advise, foster, safeguard, secure, protect the interest and welfare of its members and particulars.
4. To establish liaison with official (Government or otherwise) department, organization or person, nationally and internationally that will be benefit to the Association.
5. To encourage the exchange of views and closer co-operation and understanding among members.
6. To promote a system for members to upgrade vocational and technical vocational education through international workforce mobility and exchange.
7. To train and advance technical and vocational education models towards achieving international certifications for lifelong learning and employ ability.
8. To train educators, teachers, coaches, trainers, students and apprentices for world class quality and assurance.
9. To set up funds and to grant scholarships, bursaries, student loans and incentive awards to deserving members of the Association, members of their family or fellow Malaysian.
