CERTIFICATE IN HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The program is aimed to support the organization’s function of human resources selection, recruitment, training and empowerment planning for the automation and digitalization challenges posed by the industrial revolution 4.0 to the workforce. The curriculum is a certification course accredited by Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI) and consists of 80 training hours which shall be conducted on a modular basis to cover all the curriculum leading to the internationally recognized certificate.
The program includes elements for employment or human resources practitioners to learn concepts and abilities to close the gap between available and required practical skills at the workplace increasing employability of candidates and work readiness when they enter the job market. Governments, industries, schools and individuals are constantly looking for solutions to close these gaps arising with technological and economic developments.
